Kendra Sheetz We may be starved for everything from basement shows to music festivals. But at least this year isn’t a total wash. Everyone’s favorite crowdsurfing, high stepping cop – Officer Bradford – has announced the release of his 2021 charity calendar.
The Masked Intruder member first released a calendar of boudoir-style, body posi photos in 2018 for the following year. The 2019 calendar was a direct response to political efforts to put more restrictions on the bodies of others and ultimately raised $7,500 for Planned Parenthood. With that kind of success, how could Bradford say no to a 2020 calendar, which raised more than $10,000 for the organization!
An today, Bradford with the help of Milwaukee Record, has announced the release of the 2021 Calendar. This year’s charity recipient is expanding from Planned Parenthood to also include Black Lives Matter; they will be splitting the proceeds from calendar sales. The 2021 calendar sponsors include us here at Bad Copy (of course), Blackbird Bar, The Bubbler, FAT Wreck Chords, FEST/FEST Wrestling, Lee’s Luxury Lounge, Madison Drum Makers, Milwaukee Record, New Noise Magazine, Pure Noise Records, Red Scare Industries, Stupid Rad Merch, and The Vanguard. All photos were taking by Bambi Guthrie – who also shot the photos for the prior years’ calendars.
